Ragey – Minahasa Specialities Pork Satay 

We already know sate madura, sate padang, sate ponorogo and now let me introduce you to Minahasa original satay, Ragey. Ragey is Minahasa specialities satay, made from pork with a huge cut, marinated in their special sauce and grilled. Even though they have huge cut, you still can taste it’s deliciousness till the last bite. 

If others satay sell per portion, ragey sell each piece/skewers, 7-15 thousand rupiah. Serve piping hot with a bowl of rice or batata, soup brenebon and sweet ice tea. Tender, rich and juicy pork stimulate your every senses to bite it more and more and more.
