Klepon – Hulk Sweet Bomb 

Small green balls explode in your mouth that’s Klepon. 
Klepon has been around for a long time and still popular till this very day. Still small, still green and still sweet. Made from ketan, organic pandan juice for colors & parfum, and gula jawa for natural sweetener. This pandan juice is also use as a natural fragrance to make it more appetizing. Serve in small portions in an unique plate covered with shredded coconut makes it even more perfect. Sweet, creamy and crunchy, it’s delicious. 

Klepon is easy to find, in a market both tradisional or modern, in a village or a city, and especially in Pasuruan, klepon is everywhere. 

Tips before you eat it, never bite klepon, they made it small for a reason, so you can eat klepon without a mess. If you bite it, then it will explode and you’ll loss all the sweetness inside and definitely make some mess in the process. 

Put klepon in your mouth and chew, that’s how you eat it.

Bentuk asli klepon akan tetap sama, bulet, kecil, hijau dengan isi gula merah tapi sekarang banyak juga bermunculan klepon dengan sentuhan modern, dengan tampilan berwarna-warni dan aneka ragam isian. Terkuno dan terkini keduanya enak dan keduanya kebanggaan Indonesia yang harus terus kita lestarikan dan nikmati 😋.
