Otak-Otak Ikan Tengiri 

Bentuknya kecil bulat panjang dibungkus daun pisang, baru dibakar saat ada pembeli, disajikan panas dengan saos sambel kacang khas makasar. Aromanya sedap betul dan rasanya aduhai mama enak banget. Percaya deh, satu gak akan pernah cukup. Bahan utamanya ikan tengiri yang dihaluskan, dicampur dengan bumbu dasar seperti bawang putih, garam dan lada, gulung kecil-kecil dengan daun pisang, kemudian di kukus. Camilan ini mudah ditemui dimana-mana tapi tak ada yang seenak aslinya di Kota Makasar.

Small elliptical shape wrapped in banana leaves, freshly grilled when you ask for it, and served hot with the Makasar unique peanut sauce. Savory aroma and taste fantastic mamamia. Trust me, one would not ever be enough.

Its main ingredient mackerel fish, grinded , mixed with basic spices like garlic, salt and pepper, roll it into small pieces with a banana leaf, then steamed. Easily found in Indonesia but nothing is as good as the original in the city of Makassar.
